Fermented Grains Sourdough Bread
This ancient nutritious way to make Sourdough Bread takes 2 days to prepare and uses soaked or sprouted grains of oats, rice or quinoa which are then fermented with the sourdough starter and flour for 12-24 hours. All our bread is handmade, done in small batches in our wood-fired oven and only has 4 ingredients: Flour, water, salt, and grains.
